PulseCraft Studio ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the PulseCraft Studio application (the "App") available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
1. Information We Collect
PulseCraft Studio is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect any usage analytics, tracking data, or performance metrics. The only information processing that occurs is:
- AI Features: When you use AI-powered features (scene generation, prompt-based editing), your prompts may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) to process your requests. We do not store these prompts on our servers.
- Purchase Information: If you make in-app purchases, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment or financial information.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect:
- Personal identification information (name, email, phone number) unless you voluntarily contact us for support
- Usage analytics or app telemetry
- Location data
- Contacts or address book data
- Photos or media from your device library (unless you explicitly import them into the App)
- Browsing history or tracking data
3. On-Device Processing
Your 3D scenes, animations, projects, and exported media are created and stored locally on your device. We do not upload, access, or store your creative content on any external server unless you explicitly choose to share or export it.
4. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with the following third-party services:
- Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
- AI Service Providers: When using AI features, prompts are processed by third-party AI APIs. These providers have their own privacy policies and data handling practices. No personal data is sent alongside your prompts.
- Crash Reporting: The App uses Apple's built-in crash reporting only. We do not use any third-party analytics or crash reporting SDKs.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information processed by the App. All network communications use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS). Since the majority of your data remains on-device, it benefits from the security protections built into iOS and macOS.
6. Children's Privacy
PulseCraft Studio does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App is suitable for general audiences, and no account creation or personal information is required to use it. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
7. Your Rights
Since we collect minimal data, there is little personal information to manage. However, you have the right to:
- Request information about any data we may have associated with you
- Request deletion of any such data
